You cant right now but maybe in future DLC but in the in the challenge tower I think challenge 150 you can play as Goro

No, the current DLC does not sell it either. I extremely doubt you can use them as a normal playable character because you can walk right through the opponents attacks. Also, you cannot unlock them...I wish tho... Be all like "Ah ha ha ha. You Suck!"

No unfortunately you cannot, much like 'BRo_iN_ARMz' said, you can play Goro on challenge 150 in Challenge Tower, but that is it. I don't think they would make them into DLC because they are too overpowered, and everyone would use one or the other (Most likely Shao Kahn though) in online matches, even offline matches would be easily beaten on Expert difficulty.
