Do I NEED the Wii Balance Board to play this (or other yoga) games?

It should say on the box. But I think it would be playable with the normal Wii-Mote.

Yes, you do need a balance board to play this game. Some of the moves don't require the balance board, but then you aren't fully using the game right. Sorry, I don't know of any other wii games that practice yoga without the balance board
