Why gamefly haven't shipped out my next game?

I returned la noire and I received an email saying gamefly received mafia 2. But I didn't return mafia 2. So even though I sent back the right game, why my next game didn't get shipped yet?

Must be an internal system error. Notify gamefly about this in the FAQ menu and they should get it sorted out.
