will ther be a new grand theft auto? if so, where will the setting be?

From what i heard it was supposed to be more like san andreas then gta 4 but its only a rumor.

i went to the Game Informer website and i saw GTA V which was labeled rumor it showed the the words GTA V with plam trees around it so its probably somewhere tropical
