How do u get into the last sewer its underneth the ground and I Cant find a way in

Its when you tring to get all the scrolls of formulas i cant get to the last one underneth the camp ground. it has a ladder leading down to a block with three beams above it. I Cant get in I Keep falling into the water below.Can you help.

The entrance is located below ground get on the beams above the water and look for an opening in the walls around. The entrance is located down one of the paths you are right there by it just look around.
