How do i change my membership to a 4 game one if im at 3 game one now?

I went to change membership but it doesnt come up

Once you have had your 3 game plan for at least 30 days, the 4 game plan will become available to you. Sometimes the availability to upgrade doesn't show up right when it should. If you have been a 3 game plan member for at least 30 days, you may want to contact customer support. Email support@gamefly.com or call 888-986-6400 M-F 12-4 Central time.
