It depends on the availability of the games you want. I've had the same issue even with games on high availability. It took like 5 days just to get my first game. Also, sometimes (a lot actually), the game won't be at the shipping center closest to you so they have to send it out from another, and there are only four of them across the country.

Well mostly because your picking the Hotest games so there always unavailable. Or the gamefly is messed up
