i need to get mew but i don't have the cords or the gameboy advance to get mew is there another way

if your talking about getting him by purifying all the shadow pokemon, having Latios, Latias, and Celebi. Then having them in your party when you win the Mt. Battle challenge. And finally trading a Groudon from Pokemon Ruby and bringing it to the ancient relic...
