Could it be that certain games (AAA games?) will come with a single user code that will allow full online access for that game for free? And if you buy the game used, you will only have online access if you pay for it? If I'm understanding what I'm reading, that's what I get out of it.

umm i think you get some free resistance stuff that the ps store would normally charge you for. i checked out that site but its a pic of the Resistance Edition bundle pack not just the game. So im assuming you get the pass when you buy the bundle
