More than likely any place you can purchase video games.
Unless they're refusing to sell it like I've heard a couple game stores are doing because you cannot erase your save data.

Buyer Beware there is only one save file on that game allowed and it can't be erased, they didn't put that on the back of the box only in the instruction manual. So replay from begining or lending to a buddy isn't really going to happen much.
You can buy at all major retailers and major online game sellers for sure.
