Eh, they both have their advantages and disadvantages. I'm a ps3 owner, but I'd rather play Black Ops on xbox. The ps3 version is inherently flawed with lag issues. Also most game developers create multi-platform games using microsoft software so the ps3 port always ends up being inferior. However, I think PS3 exclusive titles are better than Xbox exclusive titles. It's a matter of personal opinion really.

Well, there are major differences between PSN and XBOX Live.
PSN has better exclusives, in my opinion. It is also free, and with a good hardwire connection I never had a problem with it. However, PSN usually gets Downloadable Add-On Content later than Live, and PSN has been hacked before.
Live has inferior exclusives, in my opinion. It is also expensive. Live has never had a major security breech and gets Downloadable Add-On Content first.
I'll take PSN.
