first u have to get the lendary pokemon first. In pokemon black im stuck in the sameplace so i know what to do. then listen to your friends and they will tell you where to go which is black city

Well its really hard to explain just go to pokemon mariland and they have walkthroughs so you can find what part you need to pass and follow his directions
