whats the missing zombie

I got plants vs zombies for my xbox 360 i have finished the story but in the alminac there is a spot that says zombie not encounterd yet

it is most likely the yeti zombie who is usualy caught after the first time you beat adventure mode on level 4-10, but if you dont catch him on that level he will show up every once in a while
