i have heard you cant play as to families but i heard you can create different families and put them in houses across town is there anyway i can create more sims without starting another game

not sure my mom is crazy about the game and i have played it like 4-5 times you are talking about creating sim famliy's then filling a neighborhood? yes i think so but mabey not in the single "quest" mode (i say quest because it gives you tasks to do and goals) the open sandbox mode is the one you want ,i don't see why not
