2k11 was number one in my Q and it was available when i started my free trial on gamefly then it became low

2k11 was available when I started my free trial I have been dying to play this game then before they could mail me the game it switched to low availbility now they mailed me the next game? when a game is available and you have it on the top of your Q doesn't that locked that game in? so gamefly can mail you the game. What happened I don't believe this is fair. who can I address this issue to?
