How do you kill regenerator in Resident Evil 4?

Keep your distance, snipe with the semi-auto rifle equipped with the thermal scope. The thermal scope will allow you to see the parasites, which are usually on it's abdomen. Sometimes they are on it's back, so you will sometimes have to get behind him.
And it's basically the same thing with the Iron Maidens later on, but watch out for the spikes, and their long reach.

Get a rifle with the thermal scope since you will need to see where the parasites are , making the killing more easy.Up to you to decide.
