HOw do you rpg jump in COD 4?

you press shoot, and as the rpg comes up to iron sights you jump while holding back on the joystick. if timed correctly you get launched into the air without dying. dont get frustrated if it doesnt work immediately it takes practice and perfect timing...good luck
