Yes. You continue to play as the leader of the Saints like you did in SR 1 & 2. This time though, it takes place in a new city named Steelport. If you want to know more about SR3, visit wikipedia.

Yes. The Protagonist is the same person in all three Saints Row games, his appearance just changes between SR1 and SR2.

i hope so. but i doubt it..it'll problably have the story catch up on last events that happened, as we know, you start in sr2 coming out of a coma, well maybe something similar? but it wont be the same..i dont believe so

you create your player, you can change him or make him like the saints row 2 character but i recommend you change him because a whole new better experience is offered in saints row the third.
