Can you play this as a leftie???
I'm a leftie so i'm curious if you can flip the controls so it's left hand for lightsaber and right hand for force powers

Yes you will be able to swap hand controls. It is confirmed in this video at the1:03 mark:

Yes you can if you enter the options you can switch the controls too leftie mode so the answer is yes
