F.E.A.R 3 has a split screen co op mode for the campaign and all the multiplayer modes. Its really fun blasting away baddies with your buddy in slo mo haha

My opinion is either Fear 3 or Army of Two TFD. Army of two TFD is the closest your gonna get to Duke Nukem Forever

Any of the Halo games are split screen for 360. Same with the Call of Duty games. If its just split screen shooter you are looking for, just click on shooter games under the dropdown for your console. If you are looking for similar gameplay as Duke, you are pretty much out of luck, there's only one King.
