I don't think it has been officially announced, but they really don't have to. I'm 99% sure Activision will keep releasing the game in Prestige Edition.

It will definitely come out in versions because now and days most games have add on content if you buy a certain edition, from a certain store, or if you pre order.
But seeing that this is Call of Duty, and also Modern Warfare series, I can almost garuntee you that it will have either hardened or prestige edition or even both. So to answer your question YES.

Yes, and it will be expensive. Maybe it will come with special awesome item like the RC-XD from Black Ops, or the Night Vision Goggles from MW2.
