We have Cars Race-o-rama, while playing, it frequently gives us an error message.

The error message tells us to remove disk and turn off the player. What's up with that? My 6 year old son has had it and wants to return it already!
Any advice?

You should of reported to gamefly that the game was damaged and SHOULDN'T send back a defected game back to gamefly. I understand you didn't know this, but next time, when a game is damaged, report it to gamefly right away. Hoped this helped.
