I have a feeling it may be a disappointment, since it's changed hands and Gearbox basically said they're making it playable then shipping it. Almost seems like they're softening the blow by saying if it isn't any good it's not their fault. Though the more exciting thing is that Gearbox owns the Duke Nukem license, and might do something great with it in the future, even if Forever doesn't turn out to be the greatest game.
Though it might turn out fine, and Forever might be great despite the long dev time and the fact the original team went out of business because of it.

Its gonna rock, check out the latest trailer. I'm still iffy on what multiplayer will be like so its gonna be a rental for me, at least at first. Yay for gamefly!

in short terms ... No its like the developers were like " hey guys lets make a joke and then charge everybody 60 $ for it! while were at it lets make them wait years!"
