You need to get 10 kills with a pistol in one match for 8 matches.

You have to get 10 kills to earn the "quick draw" ribbon. Do this another 8 times and you will get a medal. To do this you can call a buddy and host a match with password and get a ribbon one at time. Try shotting for the head as you can also get the Headshot ribbon.
