You can get to Canalave City by heading West of Jubilife City and surfing.If you dont have surf you get it after you chase off the Galactic Grunts in Celestic Town.

you have to vs the veilstone gym leader and the pastroia city then you have to chase that team galatic guy then you vs him then after that cynthia gives you a secret potion then you talk to the psyduck and use secret potion
