You can try packing fire resistant armor and accessories, but usually one hit from the dragon God is enough to kill your player depending on your level. If I was you, I would go for stealth and simply not get hit at all. Wear a thief ring, and be in soul form to help go unnoticed. Cast Soul Arrow at the rubble until it breaks, and when the God isn't looking, run to the next pillar and hide again. Bring lots of spices to replenish your magic, and continue breaking the rubble and moving until you get to the first harpoon thingy. After shooting the God, he will he injured and it's a little easier to move about unnoticed. When he raises his head and pain, you can make a run for it. Break the rubble in your way with magic (or run up and hit it with your sword if you get brave) and continue until the second harpoon. After you fire it, the dragon God will be vulnerable to your magic, arrows or sword. Just make your way down to his head. If you get close enough to use your sword, just beware of his hot breath.
