Will this game be realistic like Cod WAW and Black ops

No Call of Duty game has yet to be realistic not even the ones you listed. So probably not, there's certain trade offs you have to give to get the game you want. From the looks of the trailer they seem to want to stay with a hollywood type of game with big set piece moments and a lot of action which is what the Call of Duty franchise is known for. From the first COD to this one, the sales figures have only gone up so they don't want to change the formula that's gotten Activision to be the company to beat in video games. So, just like Black Ops, World at War, and Modern Warfare 2 they're going to stay on the unrealistic side

Call of duty is far from realistic. If you want closer to realistic you should fo with Battlefield games.

No it is far from it, the game is very cartoon-y and it takes a lot of bullets to kill someone.
