Yes it is currently being developed by Ubisoft Toronto and its rumored name is Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Retribution.

  1. No that i know of but theres a HD Trilogy coming to PS3 Juna 21, cant wait this is one of my favorite series of all time.
