Gamefly doesn't have to do anything about it. I have the PS3 version and it works fine for me. It supposedly causes overheating problems for both PS3 and 360 that could lead to your system shutting down, but that's never happened to me. Perhaps if people are getting overheat shutdowns, they should clean out their systems with some compressed air an try again until Rockstar can patch the game to help prevent it. Either way, it has nothing to do with Gamefly, they just rent the games.

This didn't happen to me, I left my PS3 on about 20hours a day with the game paused during various times while I do other stuff, I do that for all my games so when I want to play I just start playing.

Gamefly isn't responsible for any of this. Since neither rockstar or sony have come out and said this is unplayable by all consumers I assume they will do nothing. And they should do nothing until there is a big problem, because for the vast majority of users there is no problem playing this game.

Get a new xbox that's all you have to do either that or remove your cache from your hardrive.
