Although I'm looking for a good game altogether like Portal 2 or God Of War III, I very much like good karma systems like Infamous or Fallout 3. I've already played Infamous and want to know if there's any others left besides Fallout 3 and New Vegas

Pretty much what vonnorman and Teriana said. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is VERY rare though. I don't think this game is even avalible on Gamefly. And Mass Effect is also a good "Karma" game. Almost every single choice you make will effect the ending.
I'd have to say these are the top 5 RPG's:
1. Fallout 3
2. Fallout New Vegas
3. Infamous
4. Mass Effect 1 and 2
5. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2

Mass Effect 1, 2 and soon to be 3 has a good/evil reputation system as well and are amazing games. If you only have a PS3, I think ME2 is the only thing available to you right now.

have you tried Star wars knights of the old republic. depending on what console you have its on the xbox original but its easily one of the best games to date on any console. its a rpg with one of the best karma systems made by bioware. you can also get the game on pc.

Deus Ex had somewhat of a karma system and that was an excellent game.
