can i use just one envelope to send both games?
my wife accidentally threw away one of the envelope.

No you can't. Just send a request for a new game slip and envelope.

Yes you can. I have done this before, your account info is on the bar code on the envelope, when they receive both games, they scan the bar code as always and both games show up on your account, and both games are selected as returned.

I suppose you could but I would just ask gamefly to mail you another one because for 2 games discs they use a double sleeved envelope. So shipping 2 games in an envelope that isn't double sleeved might scratch discs or get you in trouble.
