I can't answer about Socom 4 and move because I don't have it. But what I can tell you is no motion controller is worth it right now. I would treat motion controls as its own platform on any system. Games that shoe horn in motion controls may work but it is never intuitive.

You have to look at motion controls as an interface. Just like when PC gamers get mad when a menu and control system is set up for consoles first and shoe horned on a PC.

No platform has ever proved motion controls for a game. There are no killer apps for the technology. It comes down to being a fun distraction. If you are looking to buy the move system I would wait til after E3, when a possible price reduction might hit. Also I wouldn't invest too much money into it.

To this day no game studio out there is building a real game with motion controls as the way to go. Even Nintendo can't create a compelling full motion controlled game.
