where is the police station in harrowgate on saints row 2 for xbox 360

The police station is in the southern part of Harrowgate. Look for the repair shop in Saints Row District. Turn left as you're going out of the repair shop, you should see the building. Once inside go up 2 flights of stairs and look for the door that says Authorized Personnel Only.
