I have a Nintendo DS, an XBOX, and a Nintendo 64 and i was inquiring as to how I can update my system information to include my Nintendo 64

Seeing as how gamefly does not offer nintendo 64 games thats not possible. "Under the systems I own" link under your account page notice that it only has systems for games that you can rent from gamefly.
