It is kind of hard to say, but I kind of doubt it...you can still rent it though.

You're better off getting the game used at a GameStop or other game retailer store. I wouldn't recommend getting it from gamefly because the game has probably changed more hands than if you got it used from GameStop (used from GameStop usually has been one former user).
