They need to do something with the franchise. I tend to think it has just passed its window of interest for a lot of gamers.

The Guitar Hero franchise is hardly stumbling. It continues to sell millions and millions of games, peripherals, and other branded merchandise with every new release. As for the Yahoo! exec, well who knows, maybe he can do great things. Honestly though I don't think I've heard any encouraging words about anyone associated with Yahoo management in a very long time.

Well yahoo has definitely been known to do amazing and new things, and their stock has outperformed the S&P 500 the past few years, so yeah, definitely.
