There has been no official announcement about it but that is the rumored release date and Raven Software and Sledgehammer Games are the two companies helping Infinity Ward put MW3 together. Raven Software is working on Multiplayer and Sledgehammer Games and Infinity Ward are working on the campaign.

That is the expected release date, yes. However, it may be delayed if more legal troubles arise and if there are other issues with the game.

i have high hopes but with all of the legal crap people are throwing at them there is no "for sure" date but i mean come on people so infinity ward is helping its just a game!! let us play!!!
