Capcom is working on Operation Racoon City. T he release date is still TBD. There is no real info on the game yet only a stupid trailer.

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D comes out for 3DS this summer.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is supposed to come out for PS3 and 360 by the end of the year.
Resident Evil: Revelations is coming to 3DS late this year, but is looking like it's probably going to be pushed to 2012.
