if i get an unplayable disc in the mail and report it broken will i get the replacement shiped right away?

First you have to report it as unplayable. Then you send the unplayable disc back.
You'll be sent a new one immediately.

Depends if they have any available. You don't have to wait until you return the damaged game for them to ship another if thats what you mean, they will ship a replacement even if you haven't returned the damaged one. You still need to return both disks though.

Yes, if it is available. They give you the option of getting a replacement disc for the game you wanted or an entirely different game.
