  1. because it is being shipped back to gamefly HQ .The people that are shipping it have not arrived and given it to gamefly and they keep the thing that says you still have it until they get and confirm that the game recieved is the game that they sent previously , WOW I WROTE ALOT MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD :)
