Doing this is pretty simple so be ready for a really easy way to unlock some pokemon. Go to Solaceon Town and go to the cave to the right. Catch all of the Unown A-Z. Then go to Route 214 and go in the cave right under Veilstone City. Talk to the man if you want, then go through the opening. This where You will find the ! and ? Unknown. (P.S. the best way to catch the Unown os to use a Dusk Ball)
