Easy go to your Game Q, look on the upper portion of that screen there is a hypertext link for reporting a shipping problem, click that, than choose I lost my game sleeve. I think you can alternatively wrap the game in some paper, right the title, your name ( I would also put the bar code number you can get this from the mailing envelope) There is a whole FAQ how do it correctly :)
