I know most will say Just Cause, but I'm looking for one with a better story mode, area, and gameplay that doesn't get boring after five minutes after you beat the game.

I've played both, and I'd say Just Cause 2.
Far Cry 2 does win the better story, and has some cool player-driven story elements to it. Though the actual story itself isn't anything to marvel at. Just Cause 2 is a bunch of poorly acted action movie hogwash that's light and kind of fun in a laughable way, but essentially inconsequential to the game.
They both have VERY nice jungle environments. Running either on max settings on my PC makes me jump for joy with all the awesome looking foliage and such. On console they both look very nice as well. I'd give this a tie.
Gameplay is where Just Cause 2 wins out for me. Far Cry 2 simply gets annoying. FC2 involves taking a mission, then driving a LONG WAY across the map, fighting respawning enemies at the same checkpoints over an over, and if you die during the mission there are no checkpoints, you go back to your last save, which could have been an hour ago. Far Cry 2, I thought was pretty fun. The environment is HUGE by LARGE. Theres a good amount of weapons, and it has some pretty good graphics. Its the only game that I've played where fire spreads. Theres usually 2-3 choices you can do in each mission. The story was good. There isn't as much freedom as in Just Cause 2, but its fun and really, really long. 50+ hours. I only played the demo for Just Cause, and while it was fun, the game seemed empty. Its pretty much Spiderman + GTA in the desert. I think FC2 is worth a play through. You can also make your own maps, like terrain and water, vehicles, buildings. Its pretty fun.

Just Cause 2 hands down...FC2 is just boring to me I need something to do other than driving around a jungle all day it reminds me of a RPG more than a shooter; go for the less of a story and more of a action entertaining shooter if you ask me.
