After you beat the Elite Four you can have pokemon transfered to B&W at the Poke Transfer Lab on Route 15 but they'll stay in gen 5 games. You can't send anything from B&W back to Platinum or any game before generation 5.

actually there are 2 ways to transfer from platinum the first is obvious after u beat the elite 4 .or in castilea city u can go to the name raters building floor 2 talk to the scientist and enter the code on the black version page on this site
