I signed up five days ago and have only this title in my Q because I really want to play it. Medium Availibility I would assume means you have the game is stock so why hasnt it been shipped yet?

Its because many more people have the game out already, or they don't have that many copies of the game in stock to meet demand. I had You don't Know Jack in my Q with medium availability for 3 weeks before It was shipped to me. You might want to put games with high availability or that say available now, if you want to play games anytime soon.

Just go out and buy it it's cheap now, if it's a popular game its faster to just gather up $50-$60 bucks and buy a the games and then return them within a week regardless of if gamefly has sent you your game yet or not.
