Have you tried "The Googles"? On the interwebs?
Really. If you google "Wheelman cheat codes" and don't fund anything then they probably don't exist. If there not on Ign.com, or GameFAQ they probably don't exist. Only other option is Code breaker device.... Or to just get better *shrug*
