i mean the way it looks is cute, the way they act is funny, sometimes annoying, and sad, the facial expressions are priceless, the big eyes dont bother me its something new...and cute to me. sooo what is it ???

Anime has hate on several levels.
Anime, in its basic form, is cheap animation. Lack of in-between drawings, repeated/cycling backgrounds and fast production cycles make anime a cheap medium. The (US) animation community knows this and while some embrace it for its storytelling, a lot of die hard animators HATE anime because it's cheaply made and drawn.
Some hate anime because it's saturated the market. The more you see something, the more it can get sick. In the early 80s, anime was a rarity, not now.
Others hate it because it's recycled stories and characters. To the Japanese, the beauty is the journey...in the US, it's all about the ending of the story. Some hate anime because a lot of them just END horribly or have no resolve.
That's just several reasons...though I think BIG reasons. There are more, but I only have so much space to type.

Not everyone likes everything. Every Genre has its fans and detesters. I believe some people get put off by Anime because it can be very strange. Personally, I am not a fan, but that isn't to say I hate all of it. Furthermore, I actually very much enjoy the artistic style. Valkyria Chronicles I believe, is one of the best looking games out there because it embraces the Anime style.
I personally get put off from Anime because they seem to have similar story lines and are full of cliches and stereotypes. But again, those that break this mold I appreciate. For example, Grave of the Firefly.

I used to love anime when I was younger. Was a major DBZ fan and saw other real japanese anime's. not the "Americanized" ones. Now I find myself tired of them simply because they're all starting to show the same thing. It's either super human people with special powers doing good guys vs. bad guys, corny unrealistic romance in high school, or random non sense that doesnt make any sense. Like what *mobilemouse* said, anime was a rarity, but now its overrated.

because, japan is taking over north america!!!! think about it our econimy ssucks beacuse we keep buying japineese cars japan is rich as crap and since they had their earthquake they want us to help get other countrys to help cuz japan is asking us for help when there's how many bankruptm people in north america. but getting back tp anime people hate mostly because it's turning north america to japan
