If you're looking to get rid of a copy, use craigslist. I find the price to BUY one used and then take $5 or $10 off that. You can get more money that way instead of trading in. Gamestop lists pre-owned for $40. I would sell it for at least $30.

GameFly trade in prices - XBOX360=$12.35, PS3=$15.45. Looks like about $20-$30 on eBay.

You'd be lucky to get more then $20 anywhere. Used copies at gamestop are dirt cheap.
