Nintendo just announce Metroid Other M game for the Nintendo Wii. I may have to go out and buy a damn wii now! What do you guys think of this?

I'm REALLY intrigued with the fact that Team Ninja is heading the game!
I'm expecting wicked hard difficulties with brain melting fast reflex requirements like Ninja Gaiden. and Damnit.. I better get it!! haha.
if they pull off this blend of styles (FPS of Metroid Prime+3rd person of Ninja Gaiden.) it could be an EPIC game. and with both franchises being top tier, it looks likely that is what it's going to be!

I haven't seen or heard anything other than the trailer... but it looks to be pretty cool. Not sure if it's a reboot, or what... maybe the origins? It looks good.

I think it looks good, but isn't developed by team ninja? Isn't this the same team ninja that doesn't have Itagake or most of it's lead designers? To be more specific is this whats left of the team at Tecmo after Itagake left?

I think it looks amazing.
It's pretty much the only thing that came from the Nintendo conference that really had me interested.
Team Ninja could really pull off something truly epic with this.

If those graphics roll over onto the actual gameplay, that would be one of the most epic wii games of all time (not that that takes much...).
