If you have mailed back a game but My GameQ shows that we haven't received it yet, it may be delayed or lost in the mail. Please allow 7 days from the date you placed it in the mail before reporting a game as lost.
If 7 days have passed since you mailed back the game, go to Report A Shipping Problem and select GameFly never received my return.
